Returns & Exchanges

At Krakatoa Underwear, we want you to feel confident in your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period on your first pair of underwear. If you are not completely satisfied, we provide easy returns and exchanges for all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate the Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and secure them in a shipping mailer with the prepaid label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
